Honestly, when  you have 2 guys wailing away like that, the rules of boxing don't seem to work very well.  That horrible accidental headbutt from Holt and that super duper cheap shot that Torres landed after the second knockdown.  That's an automatic DQ in my book.  There should be a rematch, but not immediately.  We need to see how Torres is/isn't affected by how he was knocked out.  That kind of thing can ruin a guy.  Torres should take a tune up fight against a safe  opponent and gauge him from there.

The stoppage of the first fight was under dubious circumstances.  Holt was up on all three cards when the fight was stopped, and I did not see a reason for the fight to be stopped.

After the fight Sat. night, I do not think Torres will be ready to fight Holt again.  Fudd is right, this will have some very adverse psychological affects on Torres.
