Have you seen a bathing suit like this online?

I saw an ad a while back for a bathing suit that was built similarly to a wetsuit. It was form fitting, short sleeved, and went to the knees. The fabric was stiffer than the typical bathing suit, but not as thick as that found in a wetsuit. I would like something like this because I burn very easily. Also, I am overweight, and feel uncomfortable in traditional style bathing suits. But I can't find a website with these type suits anywhere. If you've seen them and could provide a link, 10 points to you!
