Have you seen any of these broadway shows?

My 21 year old daughter and I will be in New York next week and we are going to TKTS to buy tickets for a broadway show. We have seen some or not interested in others. From the list below, have you seen any and would you recommend them?

AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY

  1. I haven't seen it myself but I've heard that Young Frankenstein was a great show with amazing scenery.

    Hairspray and Legally Blonde were also great shows. However, Hairspray theatre can be closterphobic.  


  2. I saw and highly recommend Thurgood, but it is a "serious" show, very different from most of the rest of your list.

  3. From that list, I think I'd recommend August: Osage County.
