Ive seen abuse of Food Stamps....but not social security or welfare.....I don't know how you could abuse Social Security since its just a return of money you put in, in the first place...Ive seen more people who can actually function and aren't homeless because of it then I have seen take advantage of any Food Stamps, SS, or Welfare....
