Banana!.  Great link!!!  Not the one the asker was looking for, but I loved the other panos!!!

That one is only the 1ère etage, I'm pretty sure.  Looked really low to the ground.

I liked the one of Versailles.

I just found a WHOLE bunch of photos that fit your description.  I was cutting and pasting them when Explorer cut out on me, losing the whole thing...just search 360  panoramic paris, night.  You'll have your pick.  There are some doozies!
