they probably won't be punished..... but my friend said they should be licked to death by puppies, ha

oh and whether it is real or not (which there is no doubt in my mind that it is real), there are way worse things going on over there during leisure time

I've heard about it but did not watch it because it's hearth breaking. Besides, I did not want to contribute to the video getting more views. I hope both people are punished. There is some talk that the US marines are doing an investigation and that they will be able to identify the participants because they can see their insignias in the video.

There are many studies that show correlation between animal cruelty and serial killers. What if they are deployed on a peace keeping mission somewhere in the world where they think they can act out on their sick urges? There is something seriously wrong with these people. Who knows what they are capable of doing to humans, let alone poor animals?

I have, and why are you asking what punishment should they get? We don't even know if it real or not. But if it is real they need to be dishonorably discharged, and face animal curelty charges in the US.
