If you have tatsed Sweet Cassava Pudding can you please tell me what you thought of it? Give me your reaction of when you tasted it. Thanks.

I like sweet cassava pudding!  It's not too sweet, it's smooth and creamy ---- and of course, delicious!

In Jamaica we made it and the west indian sweet potato versions, even pumpkin, they call it "pone" as there is a bit of cornmeal and sweetened condensed mlik in it, and as Desi Chef said it is not really sweet. In Thailand they make one with it and its by product a dried cassava flour, as it is also the plant tapioca is made from.
