Have you tried Pibimbap yet?

It seems to be perfectly vegetarian compatible, and of course a hearty choice. Do you guys know what kind is better than one another, or which restaurants in Chicago area has best Pibimbap? Thank you guys.

  1. I don't eat beef or pork, but those varieties are almost always the best.  My favorite kind is with chicken or tofu.  

    Now, since you're vegetarian, I'll say fear not.  Tofu bibimbab is still very good.  Doesn't have the same textural contrasts but it's still mighty tasty.  

    Unfortunately I'm not from the Chicago area, but if you head to the Koreatown there should certainly be a place that serves it there.  Oftentimes, they even serve it at those Korean-Japanese fusion restaurants.
