Have you tried the delicious French sausage which include pistachio and if so what is it called?

"Cervelas", in french, "Cervelat" in english, it's a speciality from Lyon and area, (I am native from Lyon and  area, just on the border of Switzerland) it's a delicious french sausage, it is served with warm potatoes and mustard from Dijon or Burgondy. Bon appét*t ! ! !

@ "Cervelat" is made with minced  pig and beef not with duck, if we are speaking about the same sausage,

@ It's possible to find "Cervelat" in NYC, in the famous"charcutier français (Gilles Vérot) and his wife (Catherine) ".

the only similar one i saw was made with duck and pistachio. sorry dont know the name, but it was stuffed in the neck skin of a duck and smoked.
