Have you used Loreal HIP Cream Eyeliner?

Question

I have been wanting to try L'Oreal HiP High Intensity Pigments Color Truth Cream Eyeliner in Brown,

please, anyone who has tried it, is it good for smudging?

I never used, but I heard that good reviews about that launch, great color and pigment,  but from reviewing the web site, no you dont want to use the cream eye liner to achieve this look, the cream is used to give a more dramatic almost liquid eyeliner look.  To achieve this look, you wan to use a kohl black eyeliner and line the top lash, and the inner rim of the lower lash.  It looks as if she got a bronze color, use a bronze colored eyeshadow (which will make it soft) on your lower lash and apply with a smudge brush and blend.  Use the same bronze color on your lid and crease.

kinda but mostely it just makes a mess if you work with it too much

If it's a pencil eyeliner, it most likely is. Any pencil liner I've tried smudges other than my 2 water proof or smudge proof eye liners by makeup for ever.

if it is in a little pot and needs to be used with a brush to apply, then it's most likely not smudgeable. I mean... if you use liquid liners, do they smudge? same concept.

I don't think it is but you can try
