  1. Yes and it's great to be able to eat without coming out of the pub smelling like an ash tray

  2. Ive used the pub less full stop.

  3. I don't drink that much anyway so its about the same for booze - but I do eat more often in pubs than I used to (when I'm traveling in the UK or Ireland that is).  In the states I generally eat more in taverns than drink - most Ohio taverns couldn't make a decent drink if their lives depended on it (mainly because they hire minimum wage gals as bartenders).

  4. no

  5. Yes!! I have!

  6. I dont use it any more or any less than I used to. I appreciate being able to enjoy a meal without the stench of smoke though!

I can't believe it's two years since the smoking ban in Scotland, time does fly!

  7. Yes! It's lovely to come home not stinking like an ashtray.

  8. We have had to get used to it since last March 2006 or something, so you kind of just get back to normal after a while.. (although i don't smoke, i know a lot of people who do)

  9. not really, it does mean that i sit on my own while my parents go outside for a cig

  10. Yes, it's lovely.  I regularly go to a pub quiz and also eat in pubs now.  I suffered for years because of the smoke other people inflicted on me.

  11. no, not really, but it has made it nicer now that you dont get a mouth full of smoke and food. Now i just get food :D its great

  12. I don't go. Pubs are supposed to be smokey, they are not restaurants. Drinkers do tend to be smokers too and they are suffering.
