I am trying to find the name of the 2 white guys that were snapping their fingers and singing. Does anyone know their names?

JAN & DEAN used to do that ( snap their fingers, that is ).  They sang " SURF CITY " , " Popsicle '', and " The Little Old lady From Pasadena "
