Have you worked on a cruise ship?

I want to work for a cruise ship right out of college. I want to travel before I decide to go to grad school, but I also need to pay off my loans. What is the average a person will be paid on a cruise ship? What is the best cruise line to work for? I'd love info from people who have previously worked on a cruise ship! Thanks!!
