frequently!  i've even had dreams that i've told people about before they ended up comming true even.  but i think generally they are vague and we are filling in the blanks as they happen making it seem like the dream was dead-on more than it actually was.  

I had one re-occuring dream since i was about 5 years old about a beach.  nothing special, just simply a specific "short film" around a beach from one position. had it every year or so until i was about 20 when i was at a beach and deja vu hit me hard.  haven't had the dream since.

sure they do.i have alot of dreams that have came true and some that have not. some i dont even remember.
