  1. hey. man i know how you feel i went thoughthe exact same thing. message me :) im emailing you my addy.

  2. Think about what's going on in your life: what has triggered these thoughts. You have to ride it out.

Try listening to the song "Save Me" by Unwritten Law.

There is a suicide hotline, you can call. There is always someone there. Go to www. postsecret.com and at the bottom is the hotline. That site always made me feel better, because there's always someone out there feeling the same as you, or worse.

Good Luck: hope I can help.

    It's a hotline.

  4. You just need to wake up and realize you only got one shot at life.

Whether you bow down and take the plunge into the deep dark like a coward is up to you. Or will you fight back all the things that get you down, and say F you to the people who doubt your abilities, including yourself - compete with yourself, have fun with yourself by doing w/e is fking fun to you - s***w them - their not you.  Until you have to kiss azz, don't.

  5. I feel very inadequate. Is there anyone you trust that you can go to? Anywhere you feel happy and safe? Please talk to someone who can help you. I know that life's problems sometimes seem too big for us to handle, but I truly believe that you are able to cope with whatever life throws at you. If you need an outlet, consider writing your feelings down or taking up a sport. I'm not trying to make light of your situation, I swear. Please. Please don't harm yourself.

I would cry if I thought you'd died.

  6. It may be just a phase, or you may be stuck in a rut, maybe do something new and not act on your feelings, your in a dark place you need to find a light.

  7. you should call a crisis line or check yourself into hospital. tell the doctors how you feel they will help you!

    God bless!

  8. this may sound a bit stupid but it works. everyday try yo sit in on the floor and close your eyes and take deep breaths and exhale. the goal is to keep your mind on one target, breathing is done automatically but if you think and breath for sometime your mind concentrates on that thing only. i advise you to do this daily for about 15 minutes before you go to bed and after you wake up. your memory and thinking power also develops. if you take this seriously for about 1 month you will be more healthier.

  9. can someone help me?

  10. Teenagers have a hard life.Just live though it.Talk to your mom. Vent your frustrations to your friends. Don't hold your frustrations in, But Don't commit suicide. Even stop thinking about it. Phisiologically, You can't smile and feel sad at the same time. (attitude has a lot to do with personal happiness--making the best out of whatever life throws at you). Try hard to mentally adjust your outlook on life. Don't give up. (Life is hard for everyone, (sometimes)--but it always gets better in the end. Life doesn't seem hard for some people, but they have their issues too! Suicide is a permenent fix for a TEMPORARY problem. Living Life is SO MUCH MORE WORTH it, and REWARDING! Suicide is not worth it at all!!! Talk to someone whom you can trust!!! Plus, DON'T Try Drugs. They make problems so much Worse, They make things seem ok for a very short time, but everything gets so much worse afterwards.

  11. Here's a thought... why end your life when you can use it as a valuable service for others. Just set aside your selfish need for existence and start making it useful to those around you.

...more often than not, people will enjoy your outgoing new nature and give you reason to live...

  12. hey i know how you feel i sometimes have really bad thoughs and i say to myself. life is worth living for every bad moment theirs lots of good ones. and another thing i say to myself is suicide is the cowards way out and the ultimate sin think about what your leaving behind. their are people who love you parents maybe a wife a sibling. trust me on this life is worth living.

  13. Talk to me!!

  14. Look dont do it, I've had those feeling myself, The world has many things to offer. So dont take your life over something you have done, or someone that has upset you, okay. Think about it, find help, or call someone that is willing to talk to like a close friend. Life may be hard, But there is others that have it worse, If you'd like to talk, I'm very willing. 15. i used to feel the same way but i found something it is called anime

first go to www.veoh.com then i think maybe watch marmalade boy first

it made me feel better if not look up african countries and see how bad they are doing good luck.

P.s. if it is about a girl like me

    try and forget her.

  16. Death is never the answer. Honestly. The best way is to deal with something that is troubling you is to write it down and figure out steps to make it better.

Possibly talk to a family member about how you feel. I've felt the same way.

I waited until it was night and just took a long walk to think. It was so quiet I couldn't hear a sound besides my own thoughts and it was so nice to have time to myself where I could think without all the noise and distractions of life.

I really hope you feel better. maybe eat your favorite food? I'd eat lasagna and take a long walk if the pan wouldn't burn my hand.

I agree with others, I'd seriously cry if you did something to harm yourself.

  17. I've been there 1001 times and I'm still here.  Just remeber, **** happens, but things do get better.  Thanks to my suicidal thoughts, I now have lovely scars that I wish I could make dissappear.  If it doesn't work, it's not worth it.  After attempting suicide a large number of times and failing, I realized that there was a reason I wasn't dead, and that when it was my time, I'd die, not because I caused it, but because I had fufilled my purpose.  My life was spiraling downwards, but it finally got better, and I took control.  If these thoughts continue, don't be afraid to tell someone, and you can get anti depression meds.  If you were supposed to die, you'd already be dead.  Just remember, once you die, there's no 2nd chance, you're done; forever.  And trust me, in the future you'll be saying, "Gee, I'm glad I didn't kill myself bc then I woulda missed out on all this!"  I've found myself saying it 48395 times.

  18. outside of work what are you passionate about? You need to surround yourself with loved ones and things you like to do. Things and people that make you laugh and who are enjoyable to be around. Good thoughts produce good actions and a healthier way of life. May you find yourself and these thoughts be gone from your being.

  19. Go to the emergency room and say that. They will help you.

  20. Sorry to hear that you are feeling extremely stressed at the moment.

Talk with some friends about it and people who are close to you, such as your family.  Talk with a counsellor about your feelings to guage whether or not they are symptoms of something else, like depression.

If it is sunny outside then get out and about more.  Take up some hobbies and interests that get you out of the house and meeting people.  Go out with friends to any place that you enjoy.

If the stress is being caused by finances see if you can see someone about budgeting advice.

  21. I know how you feel. I'd love to tell you that you can get them out of your head, but it doesn't work like that. I'm experiencing them right now. Reading things from Post Secret actually helps me. You can find them at postsecret.com. Its comforting to know that I'm not alone and many of the people on that site feel the same way. Just remember you're not alone.
