Help!

I'm a virgin, so I'm definitely not pregnant.

I'm 14.

Last time I was on my period was in March..

Is this normal? :S

  1. Hi Rosie,

Infrequent periods are common at your age, especially as your body is going through so many changes.

I would advise to mention this to your parents, if you haven't already and it might be  a good idea too, to mention this to a doctor and see what they think.

I am sure it is nothing to worry about though, we have all been here at some point.

Might still be an idea to get this checked, Hyperthyroid can cause excess energy and extreme weightlose. I don't think it should be disregarded just yet.

  2. Yes dont worry periods can be all over the place at your age

  3. Yes, this is normal.

  4. its not normal, once you start having a period it should continue. sometimes if you over exercise or lose excessive weight it can stop but 5 months, I would be seeing a doctor just in case

  5. of course its normal. you are only 14 and you just reach your puberty right? at your age, your period time or your menstrual cycle is still imbalance due to the new change in your body. dont worry too much ok.. but if you are still worry about that, try to get a medical check up.
