Having US rights and benefits?

Hi, im a mexican guy and i wanna know if theres any way to get US rights and benefits or whatever by having relatives over there... I have close aunts and uncles and i heard that if any of them becomes my tutor(s) i can have us benefits, almost like being a US citizen (just heard, wanna now if its true). I wanna know this because i want to study college over there, and maybe stay living there after i finish so i can work in the country, and i want to get benefits such as financial aids and all that stuff, legally. Ill appreciate a lot if you can help me answering what u know. Thanks!

Dont listen to the r****d who gave you grief about your english, it just means that you speak and write very good english.

Like the other posters said, you need to apply for a student visa, or emigrate formally and integrate as a U.S citizen.

My advice? Come up here to Canada instead! were nicer up here! we have really good school here in B.C, and rent is cheap!

Unless you want to live near your relatives, i'd recommend Canada!

US citizens can only apply for their parents(dad, mom), spouse, children, and siblings. I do not think it is possible for nieces/ nephews. And your english is perfect, keep up the good work and forget about that morron talking about your english. He is just retarded.

Simple, enter the USA legally and become a US citizen legally.  Otherwise, you are a criminal.

Under the current law, you must leave the USA and then reenter. Try for a student visa or if your relatives will sponser you, try and get a green card.  If you do it legally, you will never have a problem.

Aunts and Uncles cannot sponsor you.

Your best option is to apply for a student visa. You will have to prove that you are able to pay for tuition,books and living expenses while here. You are not eligible for any benefits including financial aid.
