  1. uh duh. anyone can. but theyll prolly search u from head to toe.


  2. It must really be bad if you aren't willing to say what it is...so no you won't get a passport

  3. Of course you can get a passport, you are a US citizen.  The question is will any other country let you in with your criminal record?  Canada will refuse you entry for a simple DUI.
