Having a lot of trouble finding a tag mount for a vstar 650?

I have a 2000 Vstar 650 Classic. It was highly customized and didnt come with a tag mount. Im having a helluva time finding one online, probably because I dont know where to look. When I finally bought one, they refunded me because it was out of stock. Thanks!

I did a search on "inspection tag plate" and came up with a ton of sites.  Here are a few of the sites I found.  The best tag plate I ever saw was made by a friend from stainless steel sheet that mounted on the lower two bolt holes of the license plate.  You can also use aluminum sheet metal to do the same thing.
