Having a lot of trouble with 18' above ground pool. Should we back wash daily and for what lenght of time?

We have a little shark cleaner how often should it e used This is our firsr ywear with it.

If you filter has a pressure gauge on it you want to wait until the pressure goes 10psi above normal then backwash. If not you should backwash once a week unless the pool is really dirty in which case every other day until it clears. Use the cleaner as necessary but I would suggest a couple hours a day.
