Having a pain in my right leg knee similar to the one we get on shoulders when we are stressed?

does taking excess fish oil cause this issue. It also seems its due to stress. But I never had this before when i have been under terrible stress conditions before. So wondering is this stress pain on my knee cap due to the excess fish oil. any one out there with similar pains ?

  1. If it is sometimes pain , it can be due to stress. I do not know about excessive fish oil but I know that for thechronicc knee pain which is my issue right now for sometime, fish oil helps a bit since it has Vitamin E. Not in excessive amount though!

    Also if you knee pain is chronic you need to see a doctor to fins out what is it.It can be tendonitis or bursitis.Ty to avoid repetitive kneebendings! good luck
