Instead of party favors,why don't you buy them a snack or a soda at the park? !0-15 per person should get them something they would enjoy.Might even cover lunch. Have fun!

18-20 year olds dont need party favors..but if you're really set on giving them, just get something really cheap and funny..something that gets a laugh is always more memorable than something serious

A beach towel would be fun, at a graduation party I went to the family was giving out beach towels to all who came.  I though that was really nice.  You can get cheap, nice towels at Wal-Mart for like $5 to $10.
