Having a planet in a late degree?

Question

In my natal chart I have mercury in Cancer at 29 degrees, Since it is at the very end would that also mean that I partially communicate as a Leo? (the sign after it).

In the sign?No. In the house?Yes. Any planet that is within a few degrees of the  next house cusp is considered in that house.So house yes.Sign no.

You use both energies.  Late degrees are difficult to get the "hang" of, until you get a bit older.  But they have MUCH more depth and spirituality than the earlier degrees, so:
