Having a problem uploading videos on to the computer from my Canon video camera?

I tried to upload stuff yesterday by plugging in the camera to the computer, but nothing happened. Help please??

  1. Same answer - different camcorder manufacturer. ALL miniDV tape based camcorders import video the same way.

    USB will not work. USB/firewire converters will not work.
