Having a problem with W580i and pc suite?

Question

i have a sony ericcson w580i and when i open pc suite and connect the phone i go to editors then files

but when i do that the phone disconects but keeps chargin and it says pc suite has encountered a problem and needs to close

any help on how to fix this

better yo take your phone to a repair shop. could be you provider shop,
