Having a problem with getting a visa for spain?

I hold a uk resident permit and have a property in spain and my wife is british , but iam having a problem to get to spain from uk,i want sort out my legal problem about my apartment,I even registered the company in spain as well,when i call spanish embassy in london,they gave me an appointment by phone for 70 days later, should i get a lawyer,or can any body help me in this case?

A resident permit for an E.U country is to my knowledge good for other E.U states too. Check out: www.ind.nl

withhin the EU country you need no visa...just go to the ambassy and ask..don't do it on the phone.
