Question:

Having a sleeping/pillow problem...?

Well, I'm having a problem sleeping. I can't sleep with one pillow

only. It's very hard for me and I usually have to bundle up

my second pillow to be able to go to sleep.

Now it's getting worse. I can't go to sleep

with my two pillows now either. I'm always moving

around in my bed and it's very uncomfortable.

Is this because I'm asthmatic?

Thanks,

Khris

  1. Me and a ton of my friends feel the same way. Don't worry. :)

  2. Pillows. I think it's perfectly normal. About the two pillows. I generally keep alternating between none, one and two - so...

As for the uncomfortable bit - Mattress problems? Back problems?

Or you're turning into an insomniac... Then try the whole 'soothing music before sleeping', partial meditating, no tv or computer on and a really really long boring fat book.

    It works.

As for being asthmatic - well - I'm one - and unless I'm having an attack or on the verge of one it has never interfered with my sleeping-pillow-blanket-mattress equation.

Unless I'm trying to smother myself in my sleep... Hmm. Ah.

If you're unwell - then - well - take medication/preventive and get well soon :)

As a side note - change in weather temperature brings on a slight wheeze for me - so - maybe that could be bothering you?
