Having a tattoo in Lanzarote?

I have been thinking of having another tattoo for ages and ages and though it would be nice to have on while I´m here on holiday in Lanzarote. Can anyone tell me about the different places to go in Puerta del Carmen and tell me about regulations on cleanliness and standards?
