Having allergy infections?

I have had some bad allergies. I have taken some Alegra D, but does not seem to help. any suggestions? thanks

  1. The 'D' in the alegra is only helpful if you have a runny nose as well. It's used to dry you up. The best thing to use is o.t.c claritin or zyrtec... but unless you do have a runny nose, just stick with the plain forms of either


  2. If you have already been tested to reassure your evaluation of allergies, then you are ready to research yourself. Most like the Allegra D is causing too much help and are adding to your allergies instead of helping them. First, you need to get a basic idea of what you are allergic to. Always have benedryl on stand by and depending on your symptoms, would depend on the exact thing to do to help.
