Having black blood before my period?

for some reason, instead of red blood like usual, i'm having black blood and this is my first time. i'm not on any medication, i haven't had s*x of any kind, and i shouldn't start my period until a few more days. i never have a leak....never. whats wrong? should i be worried? because this never happened to me before.

The black blood is just old blood that is being released, its basically the beginning of your period. Sometimes a few days before you begin your period you leak "old" blood which tends to be either black or dark brown/dark red. Your period is different every time, So don't worry its nothing serious.

what you're experiencing is most likely blood clots, completely normal.
