Having fun while exercising ?

I'm almost twelve and I am not really in shape. I am not one of those people that will just go on some crazy diet or anything. But I just want to get a little healthier. (That's all) So what is a fun way of getting healthy?

  2. Join an exercise or dance class!

  3. put some music on and dance around like crazy get your heart rate up, add some push up and sit ups, even some weights.
