I am one of those who doesn't fall asleep that easily(usually takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep) I am very sensitive to noises(footsteps, talkings even though they might not be loud but disturbing, door opens and closes) those little noises can keep me awake for the whole night. I am looking toward some tools that will help keep the noise away from going through my ear like an heard pad or something. is there anything like that?Does sticking cotton inside my ear works?
