  1. I have gone through the same problem and my advice to you is to change, engulf your self in prayer be overly nice and out side of work have as much fun as possible. it is about your attitude, you have time to make it. change the attitude in your self an even if they are dead wrong. you will end up victorious

I am not blaming the individual. I just happen to know that large companies play dirty and it is very possible even if they are guilty. they will  end up having them  look like the scoundrel as was in my case, because they manipulate use connections. using the high road will allow you to have victory  let God fight your battles.

  2. It would seem to me the other answerers are blaming you, but I would honestly say to answer this question with any sort of authority or accuracy. we would need to know more details...

What makes it a hostile work environment for you?  What policies are being ignored? Is it a national company or just a local one?

And while I can see why you may not want to answer all of that on here, the best suggestion I can offer is if its a national company, look online and find your companys home office and HR dept.

Barring that talk to an employment attorney in your area, since most attorneys offer an initial free consultation, you can explain the specifics of your case to the attorney and see what recourse is available to you that way.

if your county/city records are online, do the research see if any one else has filed a major complaint along the same lines in the last 5-10 years.

These are just ways for you to gather the information given the   details you provided, what you really do from there is up to you.

  3. Get a different job.  If you find the same problem there look in the mirror for the culprit.
