  1. i suppose it makes turning easier. but dont do it too much or it'll hurt like h**l. I went the other day and my foot was ****** to far forward and it hurt the entire day

  2. It is all personal preferance. Front bindings should be at an angle other than 0 unless you really want to hurt yourself and have knee problems. There really 2 options unless you are an apline boarder which i highly doubt you are.

    1) Both bindings at an angle pointing towards the front of your board

    2) Duckfeet - Front binding pointing to front and back pointing to back.

It's all personal preference. I personally like duckfeet. I suggest you try both and see what you like. Make sure there is always a difference LESS than 15 degrees between the two binding angles. I suggest starting at 5 degrees on the front and 3 on the back and move up slowly from there and same with duckfeet setup. Start with 5 on the front and -5 on the back. Good luck.
