Having my period while on a redeye flight?

I got my period yesterday..and its heavy. So im worried that i will leak if i leave a tampon in for the 6 hour flight but pads are so gross!

HELP

and its a redeye so im sleeping i won't get up to go to the bathroom!

Use a super or super plus tampon, plus a thin pad with wings.

Use a tampon, but put a pad on too just in case.
