Having our 10 year old circumcised?

We adopted a 5 year old boy from Russia almost 5 years ago, He will be 10 shortly. He was not circumcised at birth because of where he was born and the situation he was born to. We've always meant to have him circumcised, but never have.

We've made an appointment finally to have him done and they have presented us with multiple ways to do it. What is the best way to have an older child circumcised?

The options presented to us were plastibell, tara klamp and freehand.

Also, the doctor asked tight or loose? What is the difference and does it mater?

We do NOT want to hear from the pro-intact fans. We have decided to have it done, and we will not change our mind on this.
