Having pain while having erection for more than 1 hour?

I have felt that....sometimes , when I get excited and does foreplay with my girlfriend while she has periods, then I had erection for about between 1-2 hrs.....but I just do foreplay...and nothing else....after that..when i stand i feel pain in my balls....but the pain goes after 4-5 hrs and i feel normal then....It only happens when i had erection for more than 1-2 hrs....otherwise I never had this problem....why this is so....

am I get super excited or what????

This is typically what is called "blue balls".

It is due to the build up of blood in your pelvis.  We men just weren't designed to have an erection that long!
