I have been having head pains in the past 2 weeks. I recently came back from overseas almost 2 months now. Seen my doctor last week for a physical and told me that its too early to diagnosis because I haven't been home long enough. The pains are more towards my temples. Started on my right side and feels like my vein is pulsating and hurts. Comes and goes throughout the day. Hurt so bad that I it interfers with me going to sleep. I wake up and its still there. Now the pain has switched sides and is now on left side. Have had head pains before and asprin or ibrouphin doesn't help. Have had headaches overseas like this but not this long or severe. I do have high blood pressure and take my medicine regularly. I have had an MRI and CT scan in 2006. No answer from the neuroligist except that I might be having migranes. Also have had my muscle in my left bicep and left shoulder twitch for 3 days straight. Have had tingling in my arms and legs but varies all the time but not this week.

  1. yeah well those are migraines. But the tingling is a bad sign. migraines are always on one site only and by the temples. there are many prescriptions for migraine medication such as Topamax. tell your doctor the symptoms, you need a neurologists... you need to get diagnosed asap so you may need another MRI this year to eliminate tumors. insurance companies can be cheap when it comes to MRI but try to stress it.

  2. omg i just posted almost the same thing. except i was not overseas. it is disturbing when you have all these tests and nothing, i even had a spinal tap and a ct scan with dye and still nothing. but the pain is still there.good luck to you.
