Having problem dragging and dropping?

my computer is having a problem dragging and dropping files. whenever i drag them over it looks like it dropped, but then it doesnt appear. and it isnt that i havent waited long enough. it just isnt dropping. is there any way of solving this?

  1. I think you have just copied the file. Have you tried restarting your computer?
