Having problems connecting to yahoo uk and ireland chat.?

Question

i click on the enter new chat page then i login inwith my name and password then it should go to the next page which is welcome to chat but i keep getting a blank screen and it won't connect.its not the chat its on my end i may have deleted something i am not aware of .i dont know what to do can someone please help me.i am desperate i miss my chat lol!!!
