Filling up my citroen saxo vtr is a nuisance, every station I go to the pumps just keep clicking, I almost have to fill up a penny at a time. I don't believe there is a blockage, but the filler hole is very small has a anti-cyphoning cage and valve, I think they're on most saxos..spoke to a mechanic he said I just have to be patient..just wondered - does anyone else have similar problems?thanks

  1. Same on my C4.

Nozzle has to be perfectly straight and as far in as it will go.

  2. Either wait or try to straighten up the nossle with the fuel comes out of

  3. I had this problem on a VTR I owned.

All you need to do is place the pump nozzle into the filler pipe straight and direct, not at an angle or a slant.

That's all I did to sort it.
