Question:

Having problems sleeping?

Okay so I have had some trouble sleeping. I can't fall asleep or get comfortable at all and I can't figure out how to fix it. It happens when I am really stressed about something like Finals, Midterms, School starting up again, etc. Anyway as you can guess the sleep problem doesn't help the situation. Is there anything I could do to fix this and help me sleep in times like this?

  1. Try a meditative breathing technique.  There are some very good sites online that will teach you for free.

  2. Hello! I totally agree with the poster who suggested the Melatonin. It is an herbal supplement-totally safe. I have recommended this to several people and all have been happy with it. Even my 12 yr. old has taken it. Good luck!

  3. You might want to try getting to bed earlier in the evening.  Avoid late tv watching.  Avoid all caffeine products several hrs. before going to bed.

I have a friend 73 yrs. of age that takes a mile walk every evening, is in bed by 8 or 9pm and is up by 5 am in the morning.  Says she sleeps like a baby all night. I am disabled and cannot do the walk but going to bed earlier does help.

  4. that used to happen to me...i started reading books and after a while i just slept normally
