Having problems viewing some of the members on the members list at Yahoo Groups?

Hi there, it appears that I can't seem to view all of the members at my Yahoo Groups (especially for two members that had just joined in) and one didn't show up on the members list after three days while another wasn't showing on the list either after a few hours so I'm not sure on what to mention to Customer Care so that they can help solve the problem or if there is any solution to this problem.

it's a server update issue. sometimes the groups update right away while other time periods it takes forever.

if you see them in the memberships logs, then you know they're a member.

what'd you say to the help form is members are not up dating to your members list in a timely manner

Maybe the Members list of a Group takes a little time to catch up to new members, just like the directory list of Groups takes a little time to catch up to new Groups.  I wouldn't worry about it when its just been a few hours.  The time to worry about it is when it takes more than a few days for a new member to show up in the Members list.

But before you inform Yahoo Groups Customer Care, have you tried the New Members link just above the Description on your Group's home page?  If new members are taking more than a few days to appear there, then maybe you should mention to them that it's been X number of days for this one member, so it seems to be taking longer than it should for a new member to appear on the Members list of your Group.  They might find something wrong with your Group, or they might not - don't be surprised if they say they didn't find anything wrong.
