Having problems with CS3 on PC?

I installed CS3 last week, and whenever I quit out of InDesign, I can't launch it again. I have to reboot my computer to be able to launch it. What's up with this. The same thing happened with CS2 InDesign. The other programs from the suite are fine. HELP!!

I went and read some user to user forum postings on the adobe site.  

Here is something that might help a little. Instead of restarting your computer press down all three of these buttons simultaneously: control, alt, delete. A little pop up window should show up with all the running programs listed. If indesign is listed select it and press the end task button. Wait till the Indesign listing disappears and then try starting it again.
