Having problems with canadapost.ca

Well i put in the package tracking number, but it says its not in the database. i have tried everything Im sure im doing it right, the format is AA 000 000 000 AA witch is the same format that i have, but it keeps telling me its not in the database or whatever, I need help

  1. If the package has just been sent, it may not be in the database yet. Sometimes they take time to update package information.

    Did you put the tracking number in the box without spaces? If so, just wait and try it again tomorrow or even in a couple hours and it will probably work just fine.
