Having problems with magic jack?

i just got a magic jack like a couple weeks ago and i just set it up and it won't let me use my phone... when i go to menu/volume/headset control it wont let me click the telephone circle, i tried 2 different phones and when i go to magicfix it doesnt load. Any number to call or help, PLEASE

As you found out, I guess, MagicJack has a 'FIX' page, that usually fixes most all problems. Unfortunately, Magic Jack has virtually NO Customer Support. This is the only page I think will help: http://www.magicjack.com/1/customercare....

so, what's the matter with it? go to the yahoo search box and type in MagicJack!! you will see many posts about MJ!!

don't use the admin account, create a guest account just for the MJ....then close all your music players etc. its will interfere with the MJ set up....all media-players, especially the yahoo music box...go to the device manager and disable them until your sure its working right! There are many little tricks you will learn while using MJ....
