Having problems with printer. It is a HP officejet j5700, and has been working great for the past year. Had it about one year exactly. Had to do a system recovery on my computer (I have Windows XP) because of other computer probs. Now computer is fixed, but my printer is not working. The computer is prompting me to reinstall the printer (new hardware recognized....), so I put the cd in it as it asks you to, follow the directions that I always have before (with no problems), and now the prompt that continues to come up is saying the software you are installing has not passed the Windows logo testing for Windowsxp and continuing with installation may impair or destablize your system. I am at my wits end. This has been working on this computer for a year with no prblems, now it doesn't pass some test? Does not make sense to me. Tried everything. I need help bad. This printer is essential to my online business. Thank you in advance for any helpful info you may have for me.
