Question:

Having problems with the new version of Mozilla Firefox (3.0.1)?

Almost every time I click on a link, the page won't load or it takes longer than it usually did. It says "Page Load Error", "Network Timeout". This didn't happen so often with the older version I had. I constantly have to reload the page. It's getting annoying.

I have gotten use to Mozilla so I wouldn't really like to go back to I.E. but if this keeps happening then I'm going to have to. Does anyone have any other suggestions? A solution to this problem or other browsers you might recommend?

  1. check you firewall, and allow mozilla.org.

also set you access and default program (Vista or XP) as Firefox as you default browser.

  2. I had the same exact problem on my laptop with FF. It seemed to have cured itself though. Try it again tomorrow.

  3. try to make your internet faster in gpedit.msc this will help you surely

  4. Not having any problems with the same version of Firefox.  But yeah, I can recommend a browser: have you tried Google's Chrome? It's still in Beta but it's got pretty much the same features as Firefox but the pages load a whole lot faster for me.  A really cool alternative.

    Check it out: http://www.google.com/chrome

    Good luck!
