Having s*x and bleeding after getting a pap smear?

I got my yearly pap smear yesterday. That night, I had s*x with my fiance. There was no pain or anything, but apparently I was bleeding like I was on my period! I've been on the pill for 6 years and never bleed between periods, so I assume it has something to do with the pap smear. Is this normal?

I agree with the person above.  Having s*x the same day as a pap smear could definitely irritate that area and cause some bleeding.

yes bleeding after a pap is normal..having s*x that night after it probably irritated your area.
