Having some problems with ICS?

Question

I just want to know is it me just having the problems or other students are as well I am studying with ICS and i have been having so many problems that i have to phone them up constantly to get them sorted out and i have had it, now i so wish that i study-ed with my local college i wouldn't be having these problems and i am paying them in instalments but i have not payed them the full amount but i did ask them that i did not what to study with them no longer and will not be paying them the full amount and they said you cant do that or cant have a refund.

so please help me or do let me know if any one else has problems with ICS [e-mail]

Sorry I can't help, but thanks for alerting me. I was looking at doing an accounting course with them.

Hello,

That is a bad situation for you. If they persisit you for the money you could also take them to court. Because, they didn't fulfill their part of their agreement.Please read the agreement so to know where you stand.

I started a course with them 8 YEARS ago.  I am STILL waiting for an answer to a question.

Just stop the direct debit (or similiar), and if they demand further payments, tell them to answer your question(s) first.

hahaha sorry but ics is a total joke i had nothing but issues with them i sent email after email to no avail and even asked to change course but they just wanted the money in end i had to pay full amount and got no where just to get rid of them! Bstds!
